Course Description

A Natural HIgh - Minus Marijuana is a must for anyone ready to say good-bye to their physical and/or psychological dependence on weed. The seven  easy-to-listen-to  videos provide you with all the tactics and tools needed to quit pot for good with amazing results.  You can listen to one a day for 7 days, or you can plow through all of them in one to two hours.   You are in control, and can track your progress and plans on your very own Personalized Quit Plan.

Janice Burgess

Janice Burgess, (or JB Quit Coach) is a Clinical Pharmacist, and Certified Health Coach with extensive experience helping people quit smokng. She has trained over 1000 health care professionals in cessation and uses her cessation experience to help as many people as she can to quit for good. Janice also has extensive knowledge about sacred tobacco use in Aboriginal communities.Janice is trained in PACT(Partnership to Assist with Cessation of Tobacco), is a PACT Facilitator, TEACH (Training Enhancement in Applied Cessation Counselling and Health) Certified, and QUIT (Quit Using & Inhaling Tobacco) Certified/Facilitator. Janice is also a graduate and past coach of SIHL, (Saskatchewan Institute of Health Leadership) and Graduate of the Health Coach Institute in 2016.
